Professional & Practical skills
I have demonstrated punctuality and reliability throughout this Practicum. Effectively communicating with co-workers, children, and parents has been one of the key aspects of my experience. I have also become more assertive and embraced responsibilities during my practicum. I have stepped into more leadership positions and taken the initiative, particularly during transitions, mealtimes, and various other parts of my day. I have honed my skills in ensuring the class runs smoothly and providing responsive care to the children. I have built strong relationships with the children. I developed skills in managing children during circle time.
